The OSAA Board of Directors is looking for motivated individuals to join the Board. As was stated in the OSAA President's recent letter, the Board is going though a significant number of changes over the next several months as many of our current board members will be leaving their current positions.
Two very important positions crucial to the operation of the OSAA that will be vacated in the next couple of months are the positions of Treasurer and Recording Secretary. These positions must be filled to sustain the organization.
The job descriptions are:

The Treasurer shall receive approval of at least one other member of the Board of Directors before paying any obligation that exceeds $500.
Recording Secretary - The Recording Secretary shall record the minutes at all regular and special meetings of the Corporation, maintain a list of all officers, members and meeting attendees, notify the members of any special meetings of the Corporation by causing notice to be posted on the Corporation’s website, and notice any member or Director who may be suspended of the time and date of any meeting when the suspension will be discussed in accordance with these By Laws, and retain a correct copy of the Corporate By Laws, all league rosters, Athletic Code of Conduct and league rules.
